Overview

We are seeking for an Apprentice role to join our team in Safina, Bangalore office.

Your role

* Work as part of the AtkinsRéalis Water Management Consultancy (WMC) team.
* Work on a range of projects relating to water quality modelling for rivers, lakes, estuarine and coastal environment.
* Work to high standards, ensuring the right first-time delivery.
* Ownership of the work of self.
* Contribute to technical discussions/meetings positively through knowledge sharing.

About You

* Candidates should have a clear and demonstrable technical understanding of water quality, and related issues, including hydraulics and hydrology.
* Candidates should have strong data and statistical analysis capabilities.

Essential Qualifications

* Master's degree in civil engineering/water resource/environmental engineering from a recognised University.
* Demonstrable knowledge of hydraulics as part of academic projects.
* Experience in using design or hydraulic modelling software for academic projects is preferred.
* Knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) e.g. MapInfo, ArcGIS or QGIS is preferred.
* Good report writing skills and fluency in English.

Desired Qualifications

* Value addition through innovations and automation in project delivery.
* Programming capabilities on Python/R/SPSS/Matlab/C/C++.
* Capability to incorporate AI into the day to day work.
