Adecco Consultant Milano, on behalf of a company specialized in managing customer care services for leading international brands, is looking for a Customer Care Specialist.
The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality support experience while effectively representing the values and image of the brands managed by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer requests through multiple channels, including email, phone and chat;
* Provide information, assistance and post-sales support;
* Handle customer reports, complaints and requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution;
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction;
* Represent the assigned brands consistently with their values and communication standards.

Requirements & Skills:
* Fluency or Mother Tongue in at least two of the following languages: English, French, German;
* Italian is not required;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong customer orientation and a service-minded approach;
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer requests effectively;
* Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
