APPRENTICE GES Q2C SAMPLING FINANCE TREASURY
Barcelona, Spain

Key responsibilities
* Act as the person to go-to for an excellent service to our internal customers
* Check and follow-up data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in all systems used.
* Provide timely response to stakeholders and establish appropriate working relationships with them.
* Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business and operational rules by providing adequate support. * Ensure all communications are managed via used tools or specific escalation channels.
* Support Continuous Improvements Projects and Process Documentation updates.
* Perform Root Cause Analysis on data quality issues and drive continuous improvement on processes and systems.

You bring
* Degree in business administration or similar background.
* Excellent spoken and written English is a must, knowledge of any other language is a plus.
* Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word).
* Highly motivated to learn, talented and eager to grow professionally.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while respecting tight deadlines.
* High service-oriented mind set-up.
* Experience with SAP is an advantage
