The Corporate Analyst Programme (CAP) offers a structured pathway to deepen your understanding of the private banking industry through three immersive eight-month rotations across key divisions and functions. These rotations cover analytical roles within control and support functions, which play a crucial role in the success of our business.

Throughout the programme, you will have exposure to the industry's core functions and gain insights into how we deliver lasting value to our clients and stakeholders through collaboration and innovation.

Corporate Analyst Programme is open to both our Singapore and Hong Kong office. Please take note that to be eligible for the programme in Singapore office, you must be a current or former intern with Bank of Singapore.

What you can expect
* 24-month programme - You will work with different teams across the bank and take on projects that build on your strengths to make an impact.

What we are looking for:
* Bachelor's Degree or above with less than one year of full-time experience excluding internships
* An excellent communicator with an analytical mindset, who can work effectively in different teams
* A keen learner who seeks to acquire new skills and knowledge through a variety of roles within the bank
* A problem-solver with a passion for developing innovative solutions that drive business growth
* A resilient and versatile individual with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning
* A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Able to start full-time work on 1 July 2026.
