We are looking for Management Trainee
The Management Trainee (Finance) will undergo a structured rotational training program across key finance functions. The role is designed to groom high-potential Chartered Accountants into future finance leaders by providing hands-on exposure to core finance operations, financial planning, compliance, and business decision support. Post successful completion of the program, the trainee is expected to take up an independent finance role within the organization.
This role emphasizes analytical thinking, business partnering, governance, and process excellence aligned with organizational and regulatory standards

You'll make a difference by
* Financial Planning, Budgeting & Analysis (FP&A)- Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts. Perform variance analysis, cost tracking, and performance reviews. Prepare MIS dashboards, management reports, and decision-support presentations for leadership. Analyze key business drivers and support strategic initiatives.
* Accounting, Controllership & Financial Reporting- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
* Working Capital Management- Analyze cash flows, working capital metrics, and fund utilization. Support risk management and financial controls.
* Internal Audit, Risk & Process Improvement- Participate in internal audits, process reviews, and risk assessments. Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements and automation.
* Cross-Functional & Strategic Projects- Work on digitization and automation initiatives. Collaborate with business, operations, and leadership teams on finance transformation projects. Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and reporting efficiency.

Desired Skills:
* Technical Skills- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, costing, taxation, and audits. Understanding of Ind AS, internal controls, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
* Behavioral & Leadership Skills- High learning agility and problem-solving mindset. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments. Demonstrated ownership, integrity, and attention to detail
* Program Outcomes & Career Path- Exposure to end-to-end finance operations and business-linked finance roles. Development into roles such as Business Finance, FP&A Analyst, Finance Controller. Accelerated career growth based on performance and business requirements.
