Job Description:

The Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) in Human Resources (HR) is a full-time rotational development program with full benefits designed for high-potential graduates who aspire to grow into future operational and business leaders within HydraForce, a Bosch company.
Over the duration of the program, you will complete 3-4 strategically designed rotations that provide broad exposure across HR. Areas include, but are not limited to, recruiting, talent management, talent development, compensation, rewarding, employee relations, compliance, wellness, and general HR administration and processes. During the rotations, you will support HR integration efforts from an HRIT and benefits perspective, participate in recruiting events, assist with onboarding, create and deliver presentations, analyze data, and MUCH MORE!

Qualifications:

Education
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field
* Current graduating senior or under 2 years out of college
* Minimum GPA of 3.5
* Master's degree preferred
* Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Teams, PPT, Word)
Experience
* Internship or early-career experience within Human Resources
* Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments preferred

* Create presentations and comfortable presenting content in front of groups of people
* Systems-oriented thinking with attention to detail
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Travel
* Willingness to travel domestically on occasion
* Able to live in a foreign country for 6 months (International Assignment, most likely in Italy or Germany)

Additional Information:

Salary range is $65,000 to $75,000
Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.
