Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment.

Your team:

As part of the Swiss Institutional Structured Product Sales you will join our Zurich or Geneva based team, which plays a key role in distributing innovative Structured Products to our Swiss and international institutional client base.

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Learn about Structured Products, their pricing, documentation and all aspects of the lifecycle of this product category
* Work alongside senior sales experiencing how personal relationships and technical innovation interlink in modern distribution of financial products
* Interact with stakeholders across the value chain on a daily basis, from trading to legal, from compliance to mid- and back-office functions

YOUR PROFILE

* Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Banking & Finance (graduation max. 12 months ago)
* Initial practical experience banking, ideally in sales
* Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
* A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
* Fluency in English and German or French, with additional languages being a plus
* Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
