Join Insider One, a fast-growing scale-up, and be part of our exciting growth journey! We're looking for passionate recent graduates eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment from the ground up. You'll gain hands-on experience in recruitment best practices, both locally and regionally, while working with global teams. In this role, you'll be mentored and get the chance to enter a career roadmap into Recruitment!
What you will do:
* Mentorship-Driven Learning: You'll be paired one-on-one with a Recruiter who will guide your growth, helping you master the art and science of recruitment. Together, you'll dive into every aspect, from sourcing to pipeline expansion, as you build the foundation for a career in recruitment.
* Championing Insider One's Culture: You'll be a brand ambassador for Insider One, engaging with potential team members across five continents and 30+ regions. As the first touchpoint for many candidates, you'll embody the welcoming spirit and high standards that define us.
* Expanding Talent Pipelines: Using strategic sourcing techniques (like Boolean searches), you'll find and connect with top talent across various functions. Think of it as a treasure hunt for the best and brightest, digging for those hidden gems who will drive Insider One's growth and success.
* Creating Impactful Connections: In every email you craft, every outreach you make, you'll form meaningful connections that inspire candidates to be part of something greater. You'll make a lasting impression on each person you contact.
* Streamlining the Recruitment Process: You'll play a hands-on role in CV screening, managing candidate processes, and maintaining our candidate database, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every applicant. Your role will help optimize key metrics like time to hire and quality of new hires.
* Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers, you'll learn the specifics of different roles, gaining the insights you need to build the strongest, most effective candidate pipeline possible.
* Maintaining Efficient Candidate Databases: You'll help organize and maintain candidate records through our applicant tracking system, sharpening your skills in tools that support a recruiter's work and streamline hiring.
What you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree and the readiness to launch a meaningful, impactful career.
* A recent graduate mindset with eagerness to dive into the dynamic world of recruitment, or hands-on experience gained through internships in related fields.
* Fluency in English, enabling you to communicate confidently with teammates and candidates across five continents and 30+ regions.
* A genuine passion for recruitment, seeing it not just as a job but as a long-term career path you're motivated to grow and master.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Curiosity for technology and excitement to learn recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Lever, and other sourcing platforms that help connect with top talent.
* A data-driven mindset with an appreciation for metrics and insights to optimize hiring decisions and continuously improve processes.
