We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support and strengthen our ESG reporting activities and client ESG requests management across Spain and Portugal. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and availability of high-quality ESG information for regulatory compliance and commercial processes in Iberia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ESG Reporting (Spain & Portugal):

The selected candidate will contribute to the preparation, coordination, and delivery of both mandatory and voluntary ESG reports across Iberia, ensuring alignment with global policies and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities include:
* Preparing the mandatory ESG reports for Spain.
* Developing and maintaining the voluntary ESG reports for Spain and Portugal.
* Compiling client-requested ESG data that goes beyond statutory disclosure requirements, especially for homologation and RFP processes.
* Ensuring all ESG reporting activities are aligned with global directives and policies, working collaboratively with the Global ESG Center of Excellence.

2. Responding to ESG Client Requests:

This role will also support the Iberia team in responding to ESG-related queries from clients during procurement processes.

Typical activities include:
* Providing local ESG information directly on platforms such as GoSupply, Achilles, and EcoVadis.
* Completing ESG questionnaires by consolidating global and local ESG data for account teams to use in proposals or client procurement platforms.
* Supporting client-facing teams with clear, accurate, and up-to-date ESG insights.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who brings both technical ESG knowledge and strong collaboration skills:
* 1-2 years of professional experience in Sustainability (E, S, and G) in industry, retail, services, consulting, audit, or public administration.
* Degree specialized in Sustainability Management or a related field.
* Experience with Sustainability Reporting Standards (e.g., GRI, Local Law 11/2018, CSRD).
* Knowledge of key ESG topics: Environment, Inclusion & Diversity, Responsible Procurement, Human Rights, ESG Risk Management.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Native Spanish (Spain) preferred.
* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to quickly learn digital tools and online data-analysis platforms.
* A strong desire to learn, with a proactive and "can-do" attitude.
* Highly organized, flexible, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
* Passionate about sustainability and people, comfortable speaking in front of large audiences and promoting environmental practices across offices.
