Record to Report Accounting Junior Analyst

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The GL Junior Analyst reports directly to the GL Team Lead. The main focus is to play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day GL operations of the organization: Bank reconciliations, Accounts reconciliations, Accounting and Reporting. The junior analyst will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting.

Comply with AL Policies and Values.

Committed to contributing in contributing to the GL Team metrics.

Answer Team Lead and Local entities inquiries, based on Customer Experience focused.

*

Receive, review and post journal entries received from the local teams and other BSC towers. Analyze account reconciliations.

*

Keep a smooth communication process with all the team members and stakeholders.

*

Detect improvement opportunities to trigger off new projects.

*

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

*

Prepare and Update Desktop Procedures at least twice a year.

*

Prepare an Update Capacity file in order to list the activities performed and the time consumed by each of them.

Welcomed Qualifications and Competencies
Education
* Students in 3rd or 4th year, majoring in Public Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
* Knowledge and Skills
* Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
* Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity
* Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements
* Understanding of financial analysis and statistics
* Skills in Google Suite

Language Requirements
English: Intermediate - Advanced English valued
