* Product Owners bridge product strategy and technology delivery by translating strategic priorities from Ethics & Compliance leadership into actionable product plans. These roles support the delivery of technology-enabled solutions, operational improvements, and cross-functional initiatives across the firm. As the portfolio of initiatives continues to expand, dedicated Product Owner capacity is required to maintain delivery timelines and support consistent coordination across multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Working closely with Product Managers (e.g., Ethics & Compliance program leaders and SMEs), engineering/development teams, and business stakeholders, Product Owners support planning activities, backlog management, testing and validation processes, and cross-functional coordination that advance initiatives through the product lifecycle.Responsibilities:
Bridging the Product Manager's vision with development teams so that the product is built in alignment with strategic priorities; without dedicated product ownership, development efforts may drift from product goals.
Translating product vision and business requirements into Epics and Features that clearly define business problems and expected outcomes; without this translation layer, development teams may lack the clarity required to deliver appropriate functionality.
Continuously reviewing and refining the product backlog with Product Managers to maintain alignment with the product's roadmap and evolving priorities; gaps in this work may lead to inefficient prioritization and slower delivery cycles.
Facilitating and supporting Business Validation Testing (BVT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that delivered functionality meets business needs; without coordination, testing cycles may slow or produce less reliable outcomes.
Supporting product demonstrations and stakeholder reviews that showcase features developed in alignment with the product vision; the absence of structured review processes may reduce stakeholder visibility and feedback.
Managing key product deliverables, including product roadmaps, Epics and Features, backlog prioritization, sprint goals, and release planning; without this oversight, development work may become fragmented or poorly coordinated.
Supporting planning activities such as Big Room Planning, Sprint Planning, and backlog replenishment to prioritize work items, including technical debt and defects; insufficient product ownership may reduce delivery efficiency and increase operational risk.
Assisting with ethics and compliance audit response efforts by coordinating requests, documenting results, and supporting remediation efforts; lack of coordination may increase response time and reduce consistency in follow-up.
Maintaining effective communication across project teams and stakeholders; gaps in coordination increase the risk of delays, misalignment, and duplication of effort.

Basic Qualifications
* Minimum Degree Required:High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience:6 year(s) of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:Degree Preferred:Bachelor DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge of and/or success in roles involving project management, global delivery and continuous improvement techniques and tools that are applied across a broad spectrum of ethics and compliance processes and programs, preferably for a global consulting firm, emphasizing the following areas:
* Supporting the execution of projects, driving change management and successfully delivering results by applying both US and international lenses and enabling cross-functional ethics and compliance-related areas to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously;
* Working with team members in the development of project charters that clearly define project mission, scope, key objectives and milestones;
* Collaborating with ethics and compliance leaders and project teams to provide guidance and successfully implement change, translating strategic business goals into operational strategies and work plans;
* Performing process improvement activities (assessing operating procedures (e.g., SOPs), team roles and responsibilities, developing RACIs and process flow documentation) in support of a wider ethics and compliance operational effectiveness capability;
* Possessing the ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and interpersonally.
* Assisting ethics and compliance audit response efforts to drive collaboration both internally and externally on plans or requests, documenting requests and results, and supporting closeout and remediation efforts; and,
* Developing and managing reporting dashboards and management reporting to leadership;
* Working with teams in analysis and documentation of business processes to meet compliance needs, recommending technology improvements for compliance processes and integration of the processes with core compliance activities;
