This transformation is powered by data. As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, transforming complex data into actionable insights that shape strategy, improve operations, and drive business performance across the organization.
Your role
As Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead a team responsible for turning data into insights that matter. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring analytics solutions are relevant, impactful, and aligned with business priorities.
Your responsibilities
* Lead and develop a small to mid-sized Business Intelligence team, fostering high performance and continuous growth
* Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
* Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic and operational decisions
* Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Build and maintain robust semantic data models, ensuring strong and reliable data foundations
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align insights with business objectives
* Drive continuous improvement in BI processes, tools, and ways of working
* Promote data literacy and best practices across teams
Who we're looking for
* University degree completed; postgraduate studies or specialization in Data, Analytics, Business or related fields are a plus
* Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management
* Proven people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development
* Deep expertise in data analysis, reporting, and insight storytelling
* Ability to manage complexity and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
* Experience integrating data from multiple sources and translating insights into business actions
* Fluent English
