Stellenbeschreibung:

* Technisches Bindeglied zwischen dem Kundenprojekt und dem Linienprozess
* Beratung des Gesamt-Projektleiters /Programmleiters hinsichtlich Realisierbarkeit von Fahrzeugkomponenten
* Unterstützung des technischen Projektleiters hinsichtlich der Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von eingesteuerten Fahrzeugkonzepten im Rahmen des Produkt-Entstehungsprozesses
* Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung der Unternehmens-Standards in der Projektqualität (Zeit, Kosten und technischer Standard)
* Berichterstattung gemäß PEP-Projektstandards an den technischen Projektleiter und ggf. stellvertretend an die PEP-Gremien

Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau oder KFZ-Technik (HTL oder Hochschul- oder FH-Studium)
* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung erforderlich
* Auslandserfahrung von Vorteil
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
* Weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
* Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (IPMA, PMP, GPM o.ä.) wünschenswert
* Interkulturelles Verständnis, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit, Analytisches Denken

Zusätzliche Informationen:
Das Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe für diese Position beträgt EUR 3.415,01. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung
