Preparation and production of high-quality desserts for the Ikarus restaurant and our outlets (Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, Mayday Bar, Outdoor Lounge)

Presentation, decoration, and plating of desserts

Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP)

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

Completed training as a chef or pastry chef

Previous professional experience, ideally in fine dining or upscale hospitality

Excellent product knowledge and strong professional expertise

Professional, confident, and friendly demeanor

Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility

Strong team player with flexibility, resilience, and reliability
*
