As a supplement to the IT landscape, tactical tools are developed by Business teams to provide short-term solutions and support productivity, called EUC (End User Computing). These applications follow guidelines set by EUC governance. Are you looking for a new challenge that combines technology, human contact, and governance? Then this diverse role is for you. Indeed, the Technical P&C department is seeking a Business Project Manager ready to take on a dual challenge: EUC Governance - Transversal: develop and monitor processes and methods for all AXA business entities EUC Delivery: coordinate initiatives within P&C to deliver business-oriented tools EUC Governance: Serve as the central point of contact for all questions related to EUC application governance. Define and implement a framework within which business teams can develop and maintain EUC, maintaining flexibility, security, and compliance with technological possibilities, security, and data privacy. Support the EUC owner in cost optimization by leading a team of two new roles (DevOps and FinOps) and ensuring training and knowledge transfer. Coordinate and oversee DevOps in transversal projects and support cloudification/modernization projects aligned with the target technology vision. Project Management: Collaborate with the business and our team to define and monitor the scope, objectives, milestones, estimates, and risks of initiatives. Regularly communicate with end-users/stakeholders to provide feedback on the progress of the implementation. Assist end-users/stakeholders in validating and understanding new functionalities. Skills: Technical skills: Project management, Excellent planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, Good analytical and critical thinking abilities, Affinity with tooling, development, the EUC world (IT literacy), and cloud environments (MS Azure), as well as understanding business goals and challenges, Interest in technological developments, Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI…) Soft skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and facilitation skills, Assertiveness and negotiation skills, Excellent analytical capabilities, accuracy, Proactivity and autonomy, Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment, Leadership qualities, team player.
