We're looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to be the backbone of our 'Customer and Distributor Portals' ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations and continuous innovation. What You'll Do: Lead Infrastructure Ownership: Take ownership of the infrastructure supporting our critical applications, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. Design & Build Next-Gen Solutions: Develop, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, including database setups, role management, security dashboards, and CI/CD pipelines. Innovate with Cloud-Agnostic Strategies: Apply best practices for resource provisioning, tagging, decommissioning, and automation across multiple cloud platforms and private infrastructure. Enhance Security & Compliance: Implement and promote security best practices using IAM technologies (MaaM, WAM, Auth0) to safeguard our systems. Operational Excellence: Monitor and maintain systems, troubleshoot incidents, fix vulnerabilities, manage certificates, and support migration projects to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service. Collaborate & Lead: Serve as the technical point of contact for infrastructure, guiding teams on best practices and ensuring cohesive, scalable solutions. Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, support on-call incidents, and drive ongoing process improvements. What We're Looking For: Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS & Azure), with relevant certifications. Strong understanding of IT service management, infrastructure automation, and security principles. Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.), server management (Windows, Linux), and Active Directory. Familiarity with cloud services, database management, and API management (Azure API Management). Passion for learning and exploring new technologies to keep our infrastructure cutting-edge. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to perform under pressure, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.
