We are looking for a Maintenance Process Engineer to join our team and drive the evolution of our maintenance organization from reactive execution to a Professional Maintenance model.
This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between maintenance execution and maintenance strategy, providing the focus, expertise, and ownership needed to systematically eliminate chronic losses and build a more reliable, efficient operation.

What You'll Own
* Root Cause Analysis: lead methodology deployment and ensure effective follow-up on findings
* Chronic Failure Elimination: identify and permanently resolve recurring equipment breakdowns
* Reliability Improvement: drive MTBF improvement initiatives and MTTR reduction projects
* Preventive Maintenance Optimization: enhance PM programs to maximize equipment availability
* Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM): deploy RCM principles across the site
* Process Standardization: develop and maintain maintenance process standards
* Data Analysis & Reporting: deliver reliability insights that guide decision-making
* Technical Coaching: transfer knowledge and build problem-solving capability within maintenance teams

* Increased maintenance productivity and planning quality
* More effective preventive maintenance programs
* Reduced dependency on external technical support
* Sustainable, long-term reliability improvements

Strategic Context
This role is fully aligned with our site's strategic priorities:
* TPM / PM Pillar deployment
* Reliability improvement roadmap
* OEE and maintenance cost optimization objectives
* Continuous improvement culture

What We're Looking For
* Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
* Proven experience in maintenance reliability, RCM, or continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of RCA methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.)
* Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR)
* Experience with TPM or World Class Manufacturing frameworks is a plus
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable improvement plans
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
