At Investments, we help customers grow their money with simple, recognizable digital products and a seamless experience from inspiration to goal achievement, supported by high-quality advice when it matters.
The Digital Investment cluster is responsible for ING's core digital investment products in Belgium: Self Invest, Easy Invest, Invest Up and Star Fund. These products are central to how customers start, grow and manage their investments.
As Product Lead Digital Investment Products, you own these products end-to-end. You define the strategy and roadmap, drive discovery and delivery, ensure customer experience, secure regulatory compliance and realise business value. You work closely with Belgium and Global stakeholders and manage a team of 4-8 Customer Journey Experts.
You are part of the Investment Products & Flows Area management within the Investments Tribe.
Roles and responsibilities
1. Develop & communicate the vision
* Define a clear product vision and strategy for digital investment products in Belgium.
* Translate customer needs, market developments and regulatory requirements into priorities.
* Ensure alignment between Belgian ambitions and the Global Investments Tribe.
2. Own the full product lifecycle
* Take ownership across discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch and continuous optimisation.
* Manage and prioritise the backlog, balancing value, commercial impact, regulation and tech sustainability.
* Steer predictable delivery across local squads and global dependencies.
3. Lead the team & manage stakeholders
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of CJEs and developers.
* Act as hierarchical manager for CJEs, coaching and developing craftsmanship.
* Interface with business, tech, data, legal, compliance, risk, operations and global teams.
