Customers: different wholesalers in Belgium & Luxemburg
The Key Account Manager is responsible for:
Customer management
* Identify and implement low hanging fruits at your existing customers
* Yearly negotiations of existing national account customers
* Contact for trading partners
* Develop and manage strong network with customers and organizations
* Independent preparation of business plans on an annual basis
* Independent preparation and management of all customer meetings, including annual meetings
* Flawless execution of promoplan
* Coordination of sales activities with the Sales Force and the customer
* Active range management in cooperation with Marketing and Category Management
* Support on Field Management / services
* Attending National Customer Trade Fairs

Cross-functional internal collaboration
* Intensive cooperation with all internal departments such as Category Management, Marketing, Finance & D2D.
* Collaboration / management of internal projects such as the development of the strategic annual category plans

Participation in internal and external meetings
* Sales team and demand review meetings
* Coordination meetings with the sales force
* Various project meetings
* Analysis and planning activity
* Accurate Sales forecasting with review and monitoring
* Budget forecast and control
* Ownership customer a&p budget
* Responsibility for customer profitability
* Provide holistic view on belux national accounts universe: detect and anticipate sales / consumption trends

* Experience within OOH channel, account management or PRGM
* Good knowledge of accounts and consumption drivers within the Ooh channel and also retail proximity (ex. carrefour express, Delhaize proxy…)
* Bilingual in Dutch and French with Very good knowledge of English
* Excellent analytical skills
* Flexible worker with strategic mindset
* Independent and pro-active teamplayer
* Thinks solution instead of getting stuck in the issue
* Excellent sense of urgency and willing to act
* Excellent excel and powerpoint skills
