As we evolve our digital transformation forward, changing the way we interact with health care practitioners (HCPs) is pivotal. Our desire is to invite HCPs into an integrated omnichannel experience that will be dynamic and personalized based on the content they are engaging with and powered by data.

As part of the Innovation & Business Excellence Team (IBEX) within AZ Belux, the Digital specialist will be responsible for execution and iteration of the customer experience based on insights and data. As Digital Specialist you ensure that all strategies are executed on time and to specification- once the 'what' and 'why' have been defined. You will build campaigns including face-to-face appointments, meetings, post-mailings, emails, websites, social media.

As Digital Specialist you have accountability for partnering with the brand team, the wider cross-functional team, and the delivery teams, to successfully launch a connected customer experience, driving brand team satisfaction and AZ business outcomes. You must have the ability to effectively engage, influence and challenge key stakeholders both locally, globally, and externally to deliver data-driven experiences that effectively advance the business.

The role requires establishing relationships with local brand teams, sales and medical teams, digital and IT teams, global delivery teams, digital specialists in other countries to champion the adoption, design, and measurement of omnichannel experiences to HCPs and patients.

Additionally, you are leading innovative pilots aiming at implementing new ways of working to improve our customers' experience. Eventually, you are responsible to scale successful pilots to the Belgium & Luxemburg organization.

Main responsibilities:

Acting as a project manager for execution and iteration of campaigns and supporting the development of webpages, social media campaigns, emails between the marketing team and the delivery teams.

Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of campaigns while gaining insights and assessing against KPIs.

Guiding marketing, sales and medical teams to drive innovative digital aspects of omnichannel campaigns and increase digital maturity of the teams.

Guiding internal stakeholders on data-driven and scalable digital concepts together with IBEX team

Representing AZ Belgium within the internal international Digital Community

Requisiti del candidato:

University Degree in (digital) marketing, business informatics or similar field Fluency in English Strong project Management skills enjoying taking accountability and ownership Excellent communication skills with solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working plus distinct "hands-on" mentality. Ability to lead and influence without authority Autonomy Ability to work in a multiple stakeholder environment and provide clear strategic direction and plans Team player, pro-activity in sharing best practices. Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new and evolving methodologies, shows lifelong-learning mentality Energetic and takes initiative Desirable qualification and skills: Practical experience in digital marketing or omnichannel (either from within industry or from agency / consulting / service side) Technical knowledge and curiosity related to digital media technologies. Analytical skills Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry (marketing and/or sales) Technical background with the ability to interact with IT stakeholders on technical systems and deliverables   Customer relationship management (CRM) experience
