Reservations Agent

Descrizione del lavoro:

You will be responsible for meeting guest expectations. The Reservations Agent is responsible to conduct the Reservations Department and work closely with Reservations Manager and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's Brand Standards

Requisiti del candidato:

Ideally with a diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience as Reservation Agent. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
