How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Analisar e realizar atividades administrativas e financeiras da filial, com foco em cobrança.
As responsabilidades incluem as áreas de Finanças e Recursos Humanos/Pessoal:
* Análise e fechamento contábil de contas a receber, conciliação bancária, controle de caixa e adiantamentos.
* Controlar os pagamentos efetuados pelos clientes e negociar títulos em atraso.
* Garantir a análise técnica dos processos de cobrança realizados na filial.
* Responsável por controlar e analisar os pagamentos efetuados, emitindo cartas e negociando com clientes inadimplentes.
* Apoiar no atendimento aos procedimentos de RH, departamento pessoal e rotinas administrativas.
