The Partner management analyst will take on a bunch of important tasks with the primary goal of bringing the best results in the partnerships with the sponsors and partners in Bragança and Region. The goal is to understand and help the PMS with the needs and rights of the companies to create successful cases and exceed the partner's expectations by the end of the contract.RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Partner Management Specialist in administrative and organizational tasks

Tave active notes in meetings, tracking key details.
Developing surveys and monthly reports about the projects of the department
Bring new ideas of how we can exceed the expectations of the partner.
Ensure the best reporting and operational cost planning for marketing activations.

Excellence and professionalism

Guarantee and Deliver properties included in the contract:
Brand Applications, Boards, Backdrop, Social Media Content, Tickets, Skyboxes, Products, etc.
Meet the partner on Home Games and Guarantee Excellent level of services.
Create a strong relationship with the partner to build the best environment for creating success cases.
Reading main sports business articles, entertainment articles, advertising articles and sharing the most impactful initiatives in the industry with the team

Presentations to the partners and internal teams

Create and update Power Point presentations for internal and external meetings.
Ensure presentations are always fresh, up-to-date and modern regarding its looks and details.

EXPERIENCE

Currently Studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Advertising;

Previous experience in an advertising agency is a plus;

Volunteer experiences are a plus;
*
Knowledge in Sports Industry is a plus;
*
Great skills in Microsoft Power Point and Excel;
*
Advanced English;
*
Strong sales focus.

Travel 20-30%
