Dow has an opportunity for an Associate Treasury Specialist, located in São Paulo, reporting to the Global Treasury Compliance Director. In this role, you will managing and monitoring the regulatory and internal compliance requirements of the Treasury global work processes.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor compliance with ICFR/SOX key controls:
* Monitor traders' daily P&L and Value at Risk limits b) Review access controls to Treasury systems
* Provide audit support for Treasury internal & external audits
* Ensure completion of regulatory filings
* Monitor internal and external investment managers' compliance with investment mandates
* Maintain Legal Entity Identifiers for derivatives

Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Fiinance
* 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
* Fluent English Level
* Sound computer literacy with an initiative to learn (Excel, Access, and Power BI)
* Experience in Internal Controlls and Compliance for Treasury.
* SAP knowledge is a plus

Your Skills:
* Experience with internal controls or auditing
* Good understanding of Accounting and knowledge of financial market products
* Good Treasury Systems and
* Effective interpersonal skill
* Understanding of the characteristics of an effective system of internal controls and ability to design and implement such a system
* Understanding of the risk-reward trade-offs of a compliance control framework and the ability to communicate the value of the framework to senior management
* Well-organized, mature, meticulous, and independent
* Experience in handling multiple priorities
