Role Description & Responsibilities

DELMIA HUB Services group is looking for a motivated Services Software Expert to join our team in Sao Paolo, BRAZIL, in an onsite/hybrid role.

· Be part of an international team of highly experienced technical consultants to maintain and enhance supply chain and optimization solutions.
· Deliver application maintenance and improvements to a truly diverse industry portfolio on daily basis, such as High-Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Architecture, Engineering & Construction, Natural Resources, Energy & Utilities, Retail, Transportation & Mobility and various other industries.
· Assess and provide quality recommendations for various live customer applications to improve their functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and supportability.
· Capitalize knowledge and contribute towards an ever-growing solution knowledge base.
· End to End ownership of customer request from opening until closure ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
· B.S in a technical field most preferred, but experience can be considered inlieuof
· Hands on development and coding experience in Object Oriented (OO) programming i.e. 3GLs (Java, C++, Delphi, Smalltalk, Eiffel) or 4GLs (G2, Aion, etc.)
· Good understanding of object-oriented (UML) modelling is preferred.
· Strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
· Passionate about learning and working on highly complex solutions for industry market leaders.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Solution driven, customer friendly personality, comfortable working with people at every level of the company
· Pro-active communication style
· Good analytical thinking
· Experience working with a global team - collaborating across timezones as needed
· At a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Software Engineering. Mechanical Engineering degree majors with experience in programming are also encouraged to apply.
