Position Summary
Location: NBS - Ribeirão Preto
Area/Stream: Order to Cash Process Optimizer & Expansion Projects Coordinator
Reports to: O2C Manager
Work schedule: 08:00-18h. Hybrid

A Day in the Life…

* Lead product process mapping and implementation;

* Manage expansion projects from opportunity identification to project closing;

* Support operations during activity expansion projects;

* Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement, digitalization vision, automation level, and compliance;

* Lead project governance and alignment among different stakeholder levels;

* Conduct benchmarking between service centers and the industry to identify and share best practices

What Will Contribute to Your Success?

* Completed Bachelor's degree is mandatory (postgraduate studies in Finance or Supply are a plus);

* Advanced English and Spanish are mandatory;

* Experience in continuous improvement, project management, or within functions co-related to Order to Cash (Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales Administration);

* Experience on Project management;

* Experience working with regional and/or global teams;

* Experience working directly with leadership positions;

* Solid knowledge and vision of digital tools and data analysis;

* Ability to prepare presentations and lead meetings;

* Ability to communicate internally and externally;

* Ability to create and present management reports;
