Account Manager

Key Expected Results :
* Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with various stakeholders
* Develop a thorough understanding of the clients' position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
* Capture, manage & answer customer request/claim
* Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels
* Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects including business review
* Prepare and present sales information and effective proposal for customer during renewal or new initiatives
* As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
* Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
* Develops/generates new leads by monitoring trends, conducting research, identifying opportunities, cold calling and making appointments.
