Job Description
Essa posição necessita estar presencialmente em nossa Plana em São José dos Campos/SP:

Responsabilidades:
* Responsável pela gestão global do Centro de Saúde, incluindo operações, programas, compliance legal e gestão de pessoas.
* Gestão e apoio direto aos profissionais de saúde sob sua liderança (direct reports).
* Realização e supervisão de exames médicos ocupacionais, conforme legislação e diretrizes internas.
* Gestão de afastamentos, benefícios por incapacidade e casos de acidente de trabalho (INSS / CAT / WC), incluindo processos de retorno ao trabalho.
* Atuação integrada com parceiros do negócio, mantendo forte conexão com liderança do site, RH e áreas-chave.
* Responsável pelo Programa de Resposta a Emergências do site, garantindo prontidão, governança e conformidade.
* Apoio e desenvolvimento de iniciativas de Saúde, Wellness e Wellbeing no site.

Requisitos
* Graduação em Medicina e CRM Ativo
* Pós-graduação em Medicina do Trabalho, com RQE ativo.
* Experiência em Medicina do Trabalho e Ocupacional.
* Boas habilidades interpessoais, com capacidade de atuar em ambiente multifuncional.
* Capacidade de comunicar, motivar e inspirar equipes.
* Habilidade comprovada para liderar mudanças em times e departamentos.
* Perfil com pensamento crítico e criativo.
* Fortes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas.

​Será considerado diferencial
* Vivência prévia em ambulatório interno de empresas.
* Certificação ACLS.
* Inglês intermediário/avançado

Jornada de Trabalho
* Carga horária: 40 horas semanais
* Horário: das 6h às 15h (ou das 07h as 16h, ou das 08h as 17h) GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
