* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Service Representative to provide comprehensive support to our Sales team and internal departments. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency across multiple functions, including support for unmanaged accounts, liaison with travel agencies, vendor management, and internal administrative processes.
* This job is a member of the Sales Team within the Sales Division.

* Support accounts and assist Retailing & Corporate Business Managers in MCLA region
* Coordinate and deliver workshops for travel agents in Portuguese and English
* Manage waivers, exceptional requests, and assist with ACM/ADM support and disputes for MCLA region
* Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales performance reports for MCLA region
* Create PPT presentations for Executive meetings
* Serve as liaison between Sales and internal departments (Accounting, Customer Relations, Reservations, Airport Services, PHX, TSC).
* Monitor and control monthly budget expenses, invoices, vendors, and payments related to MCLA region
* Coordinate promotional item requests and vendor quotations.
* Administrative tasks including maintaining team records, overseeing office supplies and property management communications.
* Organize meetings and Sales events in the MCLA region
* Support the Apprentice Program including recruitment, training, and evaluation.
* Update Power Bi dashboards and Power Automate automation workflows for MCLA region
* Perform ad-hoc analysis using Excel, Alteryx, SQL, or other analysis tools
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
* Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* 2 years in administrative, customer service, or sales support roles.

* Airline and business to business sales experience
* Analysis and data manipulation experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
* Ability to interact with various levels of management throughout American Airlines and in the corporate business and travel agencies environment.
* Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Coupa, ADP, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL language and CRM systems is a plus.
