The Position
INGENIERO TRAINEE

Job Summary

[ Purpose & General Characteristics ]
Help the organization with technical improvement to ensure processes reach expected performances.
[ Representative Activities ]
Provide relevant process data in order to track process performance, and systematically analyze system/equipment under-performance to determine cause and develop solutions
Establish and approve the process functional description and SOPs
Actively participate in the commissioning of new equipment/installations
Assist in evaluation & selection of equipment & materials
Be responsible for completing pilot scale trials and applying engineering principles for process scale-up to industrial scale
Find & implement ideas to improve the profitability of various processing units
Focus on debottlenecking, yield improvements, operating efficiency improvements, and product quality improvements.
