Job Description:

TOPÓGRAFO

Objetivo

* Ejecutar levantamientos, replanteos y verificaciones geométricas confiables para cumplir especificaciones ferroviarias en talleres/cocheras y zonas subterráneas, aportando datos oportunos, trazables y validados para decisiones constructivas con altos estándares de calidad y seguridad.

Alcance del Proyecto

* Vías férreas: alineación, nivel, peraltes; losa/plintos y aparatos de vía.
* Estructuras y edificaciones: plateas, fundaciones, fosos, naves, ductos, drenajes, urbanización.
* Interfaces: Señalización, Energía, Arquitectura, Estructuras, Drenaje, QA/QC.

Responsabilidades Clave

* Levantamientos sistemáticos y replanteos (ejes, puntos singulares, losa/plintos, aparatos) dentro de tolerancias.
* Control geométrico en túneles, cámaras, galerías y estructuras (alineaciones, pendientes, secciones, gálibos).
* Trazabilidad digital: bitácoras, archivos crudos/procesados, reportes y planos as-built.

Herramientas y Métodos

* Estación total (ideal robotizada), nivel digital, GNSS RTK, prismas y accesorios.
* AutoCAD, Civil 3D; Leica Infinity/Geo Office o Trimble Business Center (equivalentes).
* Lectura de planos/modelos; informes y planos auditables; calibración y cuidado de equipos.

Requisitos Excluyentes

* Formación: TNS en Topografía/Geomensura o Ingeniería en Geomensura (IP/CFT/Universidad acreditada).
* Experiencia: 2-4 años en obras civiles (ideal ferroviario/metro, túneles, excavaciones profundas o industriales); demostrable en replanteo, control geométrico y equipos de alta precisión.
* Software: dominio de AutoCAD y Civil 3D; Leica Infinity/Geo Office o Trimble Business Center; Excel avanzado.

Requisitos Deseables

* Experiencia en talleres/cocheras y losa de vía/plintos.
* Conocimiento de tolerancias ferroviarias y control geométrico de vía.
* Manejo de escáner láser 3D para levantamientos masivos/as-built.
* Participación en auditorías QA/QC y cierre de NCR asociadas a topografía.

Entregables Clave

* Información "lista para construir" (coordenadas, puntos, ejes, tolerancias) y as-built verificables para recepciones parciales y finales.
* Reportes de control geométrico, perfiles (longitudinales/transversales) y planos con trazabilidad.
