Job Description:

Auxiliar Técnico

Objetivo del cargo
* Apoyar la ejecución de obras mediante soporte técnico y administrativo, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y plazos, y facilitando la coordinación entre equipos y recursos del proyecto.

Principales Funciones

* Apoyo en control y gestión de materiales, asegurando disponibilidad y especificaciones correctas.
* Revisión y actualización de planos y documentación técnica.
* Soporte en supervisión de terreno, velando por cumplimiento de procedimientos y seguridad.
* Registro y reporte de avances de obra en sistemas internos.
* Coordinación con proveedores y subcontratos para evitar retrasos.
* Participación en reuniones de coordinación y gestión de estados de pago.
* Actualización de modelos en Revit para As Built.

Soporte Operativo y Técnico

* Control básico de inventarios y apoyo logístico en obra.
* Revisión de especificaciones técnicas y planimetría.
* Apoyo en planificación diaria, control de calidad y registro de consumos.
* Gestión documental técnica e informes para jefaturas.
* Seguimiento de plazos y soporte en instalación y montaje.

Requisitos

Formación: Enseñanza media (mínimo) y formación técnica en construcción o similar (deseable).

Experiencia: 1 a 2 años en obras civiles, construcción o montaje.

Conocimientos:
* MS Office intermedio
* AutoCAD / Revit básico
* ERP básicos

Certificaciones:
* Prevención de Riesgos (obligatorio)
* Primeros Auxilios y manejo de herramientas (deseable)

Competencias Clave
* Interpretación de planos y especificaciones técnicas
* Control de calidad básico
* Gestión documental ordenada
* Capacidad de coordinación y soporte en terreno
