Job Description:

Topógrafo/a

Objetivo del cargo

El Topógrafo tiene como propósito ejecutar levantamientos topográficos precisos y controles geométricos confiables para asegurar el cumplimiento de los parámetros técnicos del proyecto, especialmente en entornos subterráneos y confinados. Su labor garantiza la correcta implantación, seguimiento y validación de las obras, entregando información oportuna para decisiones constructivas seguras y de alta calidad.

Principales responsabilidades

* Realizar levantamientos topográficos detallados con equipos de alta precisión.
* Ejecutar replanteos cumpliendo tolerancias y especificaciones de ingeniería.
* Controlar la geometría de túneles, galerías y cámaras, verificando alineaciones, pendientes y secciones.
* Registrar y respaldar digitalmente la información obtenida.
* Coordinar actividades con áreas de obra, ingeniería y seguridad.

Funciones generales

* Operar Estación Total, GPS, niveles automáticos y otros equipos topográficos.
* Interpretar planos, especificaciones y modelos geométricos.
* Participar en reuniones de coordinación.
* Elaborar informes técnicos.
* Mantener equipos en buen estado y calibración.

Funciones específicas del área

* Diseñar y ajustar redes topográficas en entornos subterráneos.
* Implementar puntos de control y bases de referencia.
* Verificar el avance real versus diseño y reportar desviaciones.
* Realizar mediciones en zonas confinadas con criterios de seguridad.
* Validar superficies y niveles de excavación, fortificación y revestimiento.

Funciones específicas del cargo

* Calcular y replantear ejes, puntos singulares y referencias críticas para túneles.
* Controlar asentamientos, convergencias y deformaciones mediante mediciones comparativas.
* Gestionar y organizar bases de datos topográficas.
* Reportar resultados y hallazgos al Jefe de Topografía.
* Apoyar metodologías e instrumentos de medición avanzados.

Requisitos excluyentes

Formación
* Técnico Nivel Superior en Topografía, Geomensura o afín.
* Valorable formación complementaria en geotecnia o obras subterráneas.
Conocimientos computacionales
* Manejo avanzado de AutoCAD, Civil 3D y software de procesamiento (Leica, Trimble).
* MS Excel avanzado.
* Conocimientos en modelamiento geométrico.
Certificaciones
* Curso vigente de Trabajo en Altura y Espacios Confinados (obligatorio).
* Formación básica en prevención de riesgos (recomendable).
* Certificación en equipos de medición (deseable).
Competencias técnicas
* Operación precisa de equipos topográficos.
* Interpretación de planos y modelos.
* Control geométrico en obra subterránea.
* Procesamiento de datos y elaboración de informes.
* Conocimiento normativo del rubro.
Experiencia
* 2 a 4 años en obras civiles, idealmente subterráneas o de excavación profunda.
* Experiencia en replanteo y control geométrico con equipos de alta precisión.
