Descripción del puesto In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Production Designer to support the creation and adaptation of marketing assets across print and digital channels, including Direct Mail, print ads, Out of Home (OOH), email banners, and basic animated GIFs, ensuring brand consistency and high production quality. At Publicis Production Hub - Colombia, the Production Designer is responsible for executing production tasks, creating mechanicals, and preparing final files for print and digital delivery. The role collaborates with creative and marketing teams to manage revisions, implement feedback, and ensure assets meet brand guidelines and technical specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple production requests while maintaining accuracy and quality across deliverables. Responsabilidades Collaborate with the creative team to develop aesthetically appealing designs, execute a variety of print assets, and ensure creative excellence for marketing campaigns, print materials, and other promotional materials. Assist in creating and maintaining a consistent visual style across final assets, adapting and resizing assets for various media platforms and formats. Manage production tasks, including cleaning images, prepping files, and preparing assets for delivery, ensuring a high level of accuracy. Template adjustments and refinements Ensuring brand compliance and consistency Preparing files and assets to be print-ready Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously applying knowledge to enhance creative outcomes. Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to contribute to successful design solutions. Cualificaciones Extensive experience in layout and final file delivery for print and digital media. InDesign proficiency for production and layout edits Have an in-depth knowledge of all processes needed for print production Production-ready formatting and versioning Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other software). Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote, Figma Solid knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and PDFs Portfolio showcasing graphic design and conceptualization skills applied to print materials and physical deliverables Minimum B2 English level, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
