Descripción del puesto In Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for an Asset Manager who plays a key role in the management and delivery of media assets across post-production workflows. This role is responsible for organizing, managing, and encoding all media delivered to the company, ensuring asset integrity, version control, and technical accuracy. The Asset Manager oversees the preparation and delivery of final master spots via digital files, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, adherence to technical specifications, and compliance with established workflows and quality standards. Responsabilidades Encoding & Quality Control all final assets for broadcast digital delivery e.g.,Extreme Reach, AdStream, Youtube, etc. Preparation of files for Flame Artists (Footage/offline elements/audio) Data Management via hard drives, servers, streaming Syncing and uploading data across global Post Production offices Flame Editing - slate creation, audio relay, trimming Work closely with coordinating staff and supervisors to meet all delivery deadlines Explore and apply AI tools to enhance creative workflows, from generating fresh content ideas to streamlining production tasks, while staying curious about emerging technologies that shape the future of storytelling Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Cualificaciones Strong organizational and communication skills Must work well independently as well as with others in a team environment Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize workload and maintain an organized work area Knowledge of Autodesk Flame/Adobe CC/Resolve/ Encoding expertise and familiarity with video codecs. ProRes/MXF/H264, etc.. Knowledge of HD/SD file formats & social media platforms Strong proficiency in both Mac and PC operating systems Familiarity with Linux-based command line operations is a plus Experience working at a post-production facility in a technical capacity Must be able to handle the fast-paced environment of post-production and multitask Información adicional We have an AI-based interaction and connection platform called Marcel, which includes e-learning tools such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, offering more than 30,000 courses on various topics where you can train according to your interests.
