We are seeking for a new talent to join the Performance & Quality team.

Responsibilities:
* As a Business Transformation Representative, you will be responsible for developing operational excellence practices, trainings, tools, and methods.
* Ensure projects are performed according to procedures, processes, and guidelines.
* Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
* Responsible for team decisions.
* Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
* Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
* Expert proficiency in Business Process Design is required.
* Expert proficiency in Journey Management is recommended.
* Business Model Strategy Expert proficiency is suggested.
* Create and implement innovative business process design strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
* Lead cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives.
* Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve overall performance and quality standards.
* Develop and deliver training programs on operational excellence practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Job Qualifications:
* YOE 5 to 8 years.
* Advance English Level B2-C1
* Bachelor s Degree Bachelor of Science with a major in Business Administration

Desirable Certifications:
* Lean Six Sigma
* Project Management
* Business Process Management
* Scrum OKR Professional
