You support key account teams on a wide variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.

How you will contribute

You will:
* Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
* Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
* Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

What you need to know about this position:
* Garantizar la implementación de la estrategia de Negocio perfecto en la zona a través de un equipo tercerizado de Merchandising (Eficacia).
* Es indispensable la búsqueda continua de mejoras en ejecución y optimización de los recursos disponibles.
* Es el encargado de implementar y diseñar plan para optimizar la labor del OPL y equipo tercerizado.
* Garantizar la entrega del AC fijado para su zona, desarrollar el formato y realizar seguimiento a sus reportes en temas críticos como cartera, negociaciones.
* Debe mostrar un liderazgo visible, formar y desarrollar el personal a cargo.

Job specific requirements:
* 1 a 2 años de experiencia en el área comercial o trade marketing, manejando categorías de consumo masivo.
* Conocimiento de manejo de clientes/ Servicio al cliente.
* Manejo de cartera y negociaciones.
* Análisis de indicadores, planeación comercial.
* Profesional en carreras afines al área comercial (Administración de empresas, mercadeo, ingeniería comercial, comercio internacional o similares).
* Inglés intermedio es un plus.
* Manejo de Office, Excel y Power BI nivel intermedio /avanzado, análisis de bases de Nielsen y Kantar.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, proactividad, y negociación.
* Ser orientado a resultados y objetivos.
