The Advanced Business Operations Specialist is an individual contributor role in charge of overseeing and supporting Service back-office activities around IB, contracts and billing management, providing advanced technical support, and mentoring junior team members. This role reports into the Business Operations Leader and requires deep expertise in Business Operations processed, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously while ensuring operational excellence.

GE헬스케어 서비스 사업부에서 서비스 백오피스 전반 (Installed base, 계약, 청구 및 수금 등)을 관리하는 업무를 담당하실 대리과장급을 채용합니다. 데이터 품질 및 청구/수금 이슈를 해결하고 주요 프로세스를 최적화하며 전반적인 서비스 지원 업무를 담당합니다. After sales에 관련한 서비스 비지니스에 대한 이해도가 높으신분을 선호하며 영어커뮤니케이션이 가능한 후보자를 우대합니다.

Key responsibilities/essential functions include (but not limited to):

1. Oversees and performs transactional activities linked to Contract Management, such as:
* Performs contract entry/modification/indexation and guarantees quality and compliance
* Reviews ODS quotes / ODS concession and guarantees quality and compliance
* Manages document archiving and guarantees quality and compliance
* Reviews case discount & override entitlement
* Remediates case billing issues
* Remediates part ODS/MSA cost allocation (PAH)

2. Analyzes ODS & contract profitability
* Performs contract Profitability analysis
* Performs ODS price and margin analysis
* Analyze contracts counters & reporting
* Coordinates FX rate updates, Smax rate-lists, review Smax pricing lists

3. Oversees and performs transactional activities linked to IB Management, such as:
* Owns IB & Sites data Quality
* Guarantees warranty contract period compliance & extended warranty compliance
* Coordinates distributors IB update
* Smax data remediation expert, Subject Matter Expert for the LCT

4. Oversees and perform Billing and Cash related activities, such as:
* Unbilled monitoring
* Customer A/R Disputes Resolution (concessions, penalties, w/off, CN)
* Billing Cycle Analysis
* DCOS Order Debrief & Billing
* PO process and PO execution quality
* Service Fleet management
* T&L analysis

5. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the LCT for all BO topics (IB, contract, ODS, billing, …)
6. Mentors Business Operation Specialists & ECT (Early Career Trainee)

Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in management discipline
* Advanced analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills; strong financial knowledge (P&L dynamics and drivers)
* Previous experience in Services operations or related operational/financial roles.
* Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
* Familiar with database application
* Experience in SFDC, Oracle, Apttus, Elton
* Strong MS Office Skills
* Proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal)
