Looking for Motivated and Proactive Consultant with exceptional skills in Product Compliance Transformations to produce quality deliverables for the client. As a Consultant in Engineering and R&D Digitization, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to define and deliver in the areas of HSE & Product Compliance Diagnostics & Enablement.

Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver in Product Safety & Stewardship/ Compliance Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients
* Develop relevent assets, offerings in Product Compliance areas and liase with Managers/Senior Managers on these assets and offerings
* In-depth working and understanding of Product Compliance areas- Substance Volume Tracking, Product Safety/ Safety Data Sheets, Dangerous Goods Management, Product Marketability, Regulatory Compliance, Chemical Compliance, Global Labeling Management, Product Registration Management
* Experience in Master Data Management and Data Migration Tools and solutions that meet our clients' needs in innovative ways. Co-develop use cases, assets & solutions with business teams
* Enabling transformation utilizing the Product Compliance capabilities by creating business processes for managing compliance and integration.

Additional responsibilities (as needed)

* Support proposals and build eminence in HSE/ Product Compliance Capabilities* Contribute to growth and development of Accenture's Compliance offering and support recruitment, training, coaching
* Support management in RFP, Estimation and work breakdown

Preferred Exp:
* Implementation experience on multiple mid to large-scale projects involving multiple systems in areas of HSE/ Product Compliance such as SVT, DG, SDS, GLM, Chemical Risk Assessment, CHemical Approval, etc.
* Well-versed with SAP HSE/ Product Compliance Modules and Capabilities across multiple industries
* Thorough understanding of HSE/ Product Compliance Processes
* Aware of best practices in HSE/ Product Compliance Industry
* Strong project management skills
* Capable of working in rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired
* In touch with industry 4.0 trends, with emerging HSE/ Product Compliance Best Practices
* Strong understanding of Master Data Management, Data Assessment, Governance and Migration Processes
* Able to multi-task multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented and excellent organizational and time management skills
* Team player with a 'can-do' positive attitude
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
* Good understanding of emerging technologies in HSE/ Product Compliance areas

Key Skills
* Functional experience in an Engineering Division, Product Development, New Product Launch, R&D Prototyping or Innovation Management in Discrete/Process Industry
* Detail oriented
* In Depth Experience in SAP HSE/ Product Compliance Modules such as SDS & Label Management, Dangerous Goods, Chemical Compliance (SVT, SVHC) & Marketability
* Strong communication skills in English
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Sensitivity and skilled at working with different cultures and styles
* A highly motivated self-starter
* Engineering background with MBA preferred
