Labeling Designer

Focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality, compliant labeling and packaging artwork for regulated medical devices while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely solutions.

Your role:
* Create and revise labeling artwork, IFUs, and packaging layouts using corporate templates, graphic standards, and tools such as Bartender, Adobe InDesign, and PLM systems like Windchill, ensuring accurate prepress output.
* Ensure all labeling complies with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs, maintaining proper revision control and document routing through PLM systems.
* Proofread, verify, and inspect labeling using measurement tools and barcode scanners to ensure accuracy and production readiness.
* Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Legal to gather requirements, resolve issues, support CAPA investigations, and implement labeling-related corrective actions.
* Adapt to evolving processes, learn new software quickly, contribute to labeling strategy, and participate in audits as needed.

You're the right fit if:
* Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in DevOps, Software Development, Design, or System Administration, or no prior experience required with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design preferred; High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields accepted.
* Proficiency in Bartender, Adobe InDesign, and labeling tools; familiarity with PLM systems like Windchill; strong attention to detail; and working knowledge of GMP, FDA, EU MDR, and ISO labeling requirements.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, and a problem-solving mindset for addressing NCRs and CAPAs.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This role is an office role. Shift administrative Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
