SUMMARY OF ROLE HERE
This is an entry-level professional role (P1) responsible for the creation of user manuals, guides, and interactive training materials. You will apply foundational technical knowledge to perform routine assignments, ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining day-to-day client satisfaction under the direction of senior team members.

What you will do
* Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries regarding materials delivery and status.
* Analyze discrete sets of information related to service quality or client feedback to support routine decision-making.
* Assist in creating, updating, and delivering foundational training materials related to quality procedures or service offerings.

What experience you need
* Ability to analyze and synthesize data.
* Experience in documenting or following detailed procedural guidelines to resolve routine issues.
* Proven capacity to organize personal workload independently to meet scheduled daily or weekly output goals.
* Internship or coursework experience handling basic professional communication with external stakeholders or clients.
