The Role
We are looking for a Student Worker to join our CMC Development & Manufacturing area in our HQ office in Valby. In this role, you will support teams across the organization with operational and administrative tasks that contribute to the development and manufacturing of products for our pre-clinical and clinical programs. You will become part of a collaborative environment with close interaction across teams and gain valuable insight into how a global biotech company operates.
Responsibilities/tasks
As a Student Worker within CMC Development and Manufacturing, you will participate in various tasks. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Uploading of documentation into our electronic document management system
* Archiving of reports and data
* Entering data for instance stability data
* Ad hoc tasks and project support as assigned by managers
* Supporting preparation for audits and inspections
* Supporting development of training material and presentations
* Scheduling onsite and online meetings and events
* Developing and maintaining important trackers and additional documents
* Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites
Your work will be aligned with SOPs and Work Instructions and will be provided with the required training to perform these tasks.
Requirements
* You are currently studying Natural Sciences or a related field and are ideally in your second year of your Bachelor's degree, with plans to continue into a Master's degree
* Familiar with MS Office - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint and with a flair for navigating different IT systems

We are looking for a motivated student who is able to work approximately 15 hours per week with flexible hours alongside their studies.
Preferred start date is July 1st, though flexibility is possible for the right candidate.
