Descrizione del lavoro:

Would you like to join Pandora's Creative Studio and become part of a multidisciplinary team that shapes the visual identity and creative expression of the Pandora brand? We're looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded Digital Asset & Content Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operation of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform and contribute to the rollout and adoption of new Marketing Resource Management (MRM) capabilities!

This 12-month maternity cover offers a unique opportunity to join Pandora at a key moment in our content operations journey. Our new DAM platform has recently gone live, replacing our legacy system, and is now entering a phase of stabilization and full adoption across the organization. At the same time, we will begin introducing new Marketing Resource Management (MRM) capabilities, where you will play an important role in supporting rollout activities and user adoption.

About the Role
Our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform is a central part of Pandora's digital ecosystem. Together with our Product Information Management (PIM) platform, it distributes product imagery and content across our e-commerce sites, brand websites, B2B solutions, point-of-sale systems, and other digital channels. Supporting more than 2,000 users globally, the platform serves as Pandora's central hub for product imagery, campaign assets, marketing materials, and other brand content shared across the organization and with external partners.

Reporting to the Manager, Creative Operations, you will work closely with colleagues across Creative Studio, Marketing, Digital, MarTech, regional markets, and external agencies to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of our content systems and a consistent user experience across the organization. In this role, you will focus on operational execution, user support, and content governance within the DAM platform, while also supporting rollout activities for new MRM capabilities.

Success in This Role
You will take ownership of metadata and governance standards across the DAM platform, becoming the go-to expert users rely on and driving consistent best practice through hands-on guidance and support. In parallel, you will contribute to the rollout of new MRM capabilities by supporting users as they adopt new processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the upload, organization, and enrichment of digital assets within the DAM platform, ensuring content is accurate, complete, and easy to find.
* Own and drive metadata and taxonomy governance - defining, maintaining, and continuously improving structures to support discoverability and consistency.
* Act as the go-to expert for DAM and MRM, driving consistent best practice and helping stakeholders get the most value from the platform.
* Support rollout activities for new Marketing Resource Management (MRM) capabilities, including user onboarding, guidance, and operational support.
* Provide day-to-day support to DAM and MRM users across global markets and external creative agencies, resolving queries and promoting best practices.
* Proactively identify and drive improvements to platform workflows, processes, and user experience, in collaboration with Product Owners and MarTech teams.
* Coordinate with internal teams to support timely asset uploads and availability across channels.
* Support cross-functional marketing initiatives related to asset creation, distribution, and content operations across markets and channels.
* Support delivery of user training, working closely with the Manager, Creative Operations, to help drive adoption of DAM and MRM tools.
* Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of content operations processes and ways of working.

What You'll Bring
* Experience working with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
* Great understanding of DAM principles, including metadata, taxonomy, governance, and content lifecycle management.
* Experience defining, maintaining, and governing metadata structures and asset taxonomies.
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with a structured and reliable approach.
* Strong communication and stakeholder support skills.
* A service-oriented mindset and willingness to help users succeed.
* Confidence to take ownership and drive outcomes independently within your area of responsibility.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have
* Experience with Marketing Resource Management (MRM) platforms or interest in learning new content operations tools.
* Familiarity with DAM integrations and digital content ecosystems.
* Experience with creative production workflows and Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Experience working in global, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Experience working in Agile teams.
