Hybrid
Para esta posición se requiere trabajar presencialmente 3 veces por semana (on-site 3x/week).
What you will do (Responsibilities):
* Planificar, implementar y mantener el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) de GM Ecuador, asegurando el cumplimiento legal, regulatorio y corporativo.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento del Decreto Ejecutivo 255/2024 y normativa aplicable del Ministerio de Trabajo e IESS.
* Gestionar la identificación de peligros, evaluación de riesgos y definición de controles preventivos.
* Elaborar y ejecutar el Plan Anual de SST, incluyendo el programa obligatorio de riesgos psicosociales.
* Coordinar programas de vigilancia de la salud, promoción y prevención, en conjunto con el Servicio Médico.
* Gestionar la formación obligatoria en SST para colaboradores y contratistas.
* Administrar registros, indicadores y documentación en plataformas gubernamentales (SUT, IESS).
* Actuar como punto de contacto ante autoridades laborales y de seguridad social.
* Liderar auditorías internas y acompañar auditorías externas de SST.
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
* Título universitario en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
* Maestría en Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional o Higiene Industrial.
* Experiencia previa gestionando sistemas de SST en entornos industriales, administrativos o logísticos.
* Conocimiento sólido de la legislación ecuatoriana de SST y cumplimiento normativo.
* Experiencia en gestión documental, indicadores, investigación de incidentes y planes preventivos.
* Manejo de plataformas gubernamentales (SUT, IESS).
* Inglés nivel intermedio.

* Experiencia en empresas multinacionales o entornos de manufactura.
* Participación en auditorías de sistemas de gestión (ISO 45001 o similares).
* Experiencia liderando programas de riesgos psicosociales y ergonomía.
* Capacidad analítica para reportes ejecutivos y toma de decisiones basadas en indicadores.
