Job Description
We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Paris Faubourg Saint-Honoré.

Your opportunity

* Support the achievement of the Store/Individual Sales Target
* Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with company strategy
* Mentor, motivate and retain the staff in store, building teamwork
* Support staff optimization vs business needs
* Monitor the efficient of the clienteling tools
* Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures
* Stock Management to ensure availability of merchandise and services
* Contribute to build effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customers
* Contribute to deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards

Who you are

* Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation
* Proven experience of about 2 years in managerial role
* Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams
* Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team
* Strong communication skills and team-player mentality
* Fluent in French and in English
