Job Description

You are joining the fund operations team of AEW. You are working on an important mandate with strong environmental ambitions, investing in core assets in France and in Europe. The fund controller works under the supervision of the fund financial manager in close collaboration with the fund management teams.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
* Coordinate the production of accounts and develop the business plans of companies as well as reporting;
* Participate in the structuring of funds and the organization of financial flows;
* Ensure social life, legal and tax of funds;
* Calculate and publish the quarterly net asset value (NAV) of the fund and manage financial communications with investors.
