Job Description
Fixed-term contract (CDD), 6 months, starting on February 1st.

Within Boucheron and reporting to the Prospect & Client Relationship Management team, the Client Data & Insights Analyst will join the team as a temporary replacement for a senior profile.
This role is highly operational and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, reporting and data visualization, and light interactions with regional teams.
Key Missions
* Produce client and prospect analyses based on CRM data to support recurring and ad hoc operational needs
* Build, maintain and update reports and dashboards (automated or ad hoc)
* Perform data extractions and queries using SQL or BigQuery (querying level, non-developer role)
* Contribute to data visualization projects from a business side perspective: specifications, development follow-up and UAT phases
* Ensure data reliability and consistency used in analyses and reporting
* Structure and format data for clear and actionable outputs (Excel files, PowerPoint presentations)
* Support the monitoring and reporting of CRM and client engagement KPIs
* Provide operational support to internal stakeholders and regional teams on existing reports and analyses
Profile
* 2 to 3 years of experience or junior profile with initial experience in data analysis or business analysis
* Excellent command of Excel (advanced formulas, complex tables, data structuring)
* Ability to query data using SQL or BigQuery
* Experience working on data visualization projects on the business side (MOA): specifications, coordination, UAT
* Knowledge of Microstrategy and or Power BI is a plus
* Strong ability to format data and prepare clear presentation materials (PowerPoint)
* Rigorous, reliable and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working in a structured environment with a strong execution focus
* Very good level of English required, French is appreciated
