We're seeking a motivated Finance Operations Officer to join our Finance team, supporting our LCH entity.

Role Responsibilities
* Review Finance Operations (Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables) financial transactions on a daily basis, ensuring that accounting processes and controls are adhered to
* Processes and files correspondence and ensure that appropriate records are accurately maintained
* Manages the status of accounts and balances and identifies inconsistencies
* Supports the process for monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting as required
* Ensures adherence to reporting and regulatory requirements
* Overseeing payment management to ensure timely execution with agreed terms, internal control compliance, and adherence to local payment practices.
* Works with tax colleagues to ensure compliance with relevant tax rules.
* Acting as local E-Invoicing Subject Matter Expert for France, ensuring implementation and ongoing compliance with French regulations and acting as liaison between Group Finance, IT, and local authorities or partners.
* Contributing to treasury and cash flow forecasting for France, integrating local payment cycles, statutory obligations, and supplier dependencies
* Acting as a bridge between Group processes and local French requirements, ensuring alignment while avoiding operational disruption.
What you'll bring:
* Seeking a candidate with professional exposure to corporate finance operations in an international group
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Adaptability and collaborative mindset
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power Query
* Fluent French and English
* Communication skills
