Job Description

You will join the fund operations team of AEW. You will work on the LOGISTIS fund, which is a core fund with strong environmental ambitions, investing in logistics platforms in Europe. The fund controller works under the supervision of the fund financial manager in close collaboration with the fund management teams.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for :
* Coordinate the production of accounts and draw up fund business plans and reports
* Participate in the structuring of funds and the organisation of financial flows, overseeing the social, legal and fiscal life of the funds,
* Actively contributing to the fund's fundraising and financing strategy (negotiating and managing financing contracts, setting up intra-group debt),
* You will be responsible for the calculation and publication of the fund's quarterly NAV and for managing financial communications with investors.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: if you recognize yourself in the following description you are the right person to work with us!
You have at least 2 years experience in the financial sector.

You are familiar with:
- real estate investment fund management and financial accounting,
- financial modelling and have a strong interest in law and taxation.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are a good listener, you are
- rigorous and flexible.

You are fluent in English with a level of C1
