About the job

As part of the European Waters team, you will play a key role in supporting the Category Director to strengthen the market presence of our mineral water brands across Europe. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic projects and lead hands-on experience in category management and commercial development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Market Share Growth: Assist the Category Director in driving the growth of mineral water brands across European markets.

1.Performance Analysis: Analyse Market & brand performance in various European markets and collaborate with local teams to identify key growth drivers with clear focus on assortiment, Distribution, Price & promo)

2.Seasonal Planning: Contribute to summer season preparation by sharing best practices , leveraging insights from previous seasons. & animate the Performance vs Objectives.

3.Sales Toolkit Development: Co-create impactful sales toolkits tailored for local market needs especially on Big bets of the year

4.Project Leadership: Manage European projects aimed at expanding our brands in the out-of-home (OOH) channel.

5.Performance Monitoring: Develop tools to track European OOH performance and monitor commercial plans across OOH channels.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
* Education: MBA
* Experience: Successful experience (in internship) in Sales, Marketing, Category Managemen. International experience required . English mandatory, secondary language preferred. (French, Spanish or other.)
